Expiration Date Information
•The service is valid for up to 3 months from the date of purchase, and can be extended for an additional 3 months upon request.
•For unused reservations, a full refund can be requested.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
•A refund can be requested at any time if the consultation appointment is canceled at least 6 days prior before 6:00 PM.
•After that time, reservation changes and refunds are not allowed, so please be mindful when making your reservation.
•Once you have rescheduled your appointment, cancellation is not possible, and therefore, a refund is not available.
•If you made the payment with a credit card or real-time bank transfer, we will process th
refund within 1 day of receiving your refund request. Please note that depending on the card issuer or bank,
it may take 3-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
* Transfer (Gifting) to Another Person
•If the purchaser and the user are different or there is a change in the user, please inform us in advance through the reservation channel.
