Validity Period
•The service is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
An extension of up to an additional 3 months is available upon request.
• If the reservation has not been used,
a full refund may be requested within the validity period.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• You may request a refund at any time
if you cancel your appointment at least 3 days in advance (by 6:00 PM).
• After that time, changes and refunds are not permitted,
so please review your schedule carefully before booking.
• Once your appointment has been rescheduled,
cancellation and refund will no longer be available.
• For payments made by credit card or real-time bank transfer,
refunds will be processed within 1 business day after request.
Please note that depending on the card issuer or bank,
it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to be reflected.
* Transfer (Gifting) to Another Person
• If the purchaser and the attendee are different,
or if the attendee needs to be changed,
please contact us in advance through the reservation channel.
